Stephanie you need an attitude check. Why is your attitude always so negative? If you don’t Ike your job maybe you should find another. Unpleasant, uneasy, and uncooperative are not good attributes for a job that requires customer service. Next time a customer calls to ask for information how about you perform your job with a smile and actually provide exactly that: help! Good grief someone give this woman a warm baked cookie it’s obvious she was neglected as a child.
